Alec Pender – Dynamic Spotlight

Congratulations to Alec Pender on his recent promotion to Senior Corporate Trainer! We’re so excited to introduce you to him; We know you’ll love him just as much as we do!

Hi! I’m Alec Pender, and I was recently promoted to Senior Corporate Trainer at Dynamic Marketing Acquisitions. I grew up in East End, Arkansas but attended High School in Sheridan. After I graduated high school I played college baseball at Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. I then continued my last two years at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, furthering my baseball career, and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Leadership.

I joined the team on September 1, 2016 and to work here because I felt like it offered the challenging, fast paced, competitive work environment I was looking for. After my first interview I immediately felt at ease, and knew the work atmosphere was something I had envisioned for myself when looking for a job.

I love that the team here at Dynamic Marketing Acquisitions is truly a family. I felt at home in a matter of minutes when walking in on my first day. The office culture definitely encourages me to want to work my hardest because I can see myself earning what I put in and get recognized regularly for my accomplishments.

I would say on my off days you can find me hanging out with my dogs, watching sports, or doing something outside. 

My long term goals for myself is to keep at the pace I am going, continue to grow within the company, and one day become an owner of my own company. I know that Dynamic Marketing Acquisitions will definitely help me accomplish my goals.
